4th of July

You all know the 4th is one of my Favorite Holidays. Matthew proposed to me 3 years ago, under the fireworks :) We had another great year, with Grace being a little older, we went on the walk, the fireworks, they scared her a little but she ended up enjoying them :) We had a great time with Family and friends.

Father's Day

For Father's Day weekend, we went up to Chester/Lake Almanor to his parents vacation home. Matthew got to do some fishing with his dad and Grace and I hung out with nana.

Hard to believe our baby just turned a year old! She is truely the love of our lives.

Grace turns 1

Grace turned 1 on May 21, 2009, we had a big birthday party for her at our house. Ladybug theme, our good friend Sonja made her cupcakes and cake and Auntie Amy came down to help mommy do all the decorating.. It was a great time with friends and family.

First Mother's Day

Can I tell you, I'm so blessed. I have the best husband and daughter in the world. It's all about the simple things in life.. We had the best day, we went to Redding and met my parents and grandma and his parents at the park in Redding on the River and had a picnic and let Grace play in the cold water. He got me the sweetest card and flowers for the backyard. He even changed Grace's diaper all day long. Really, it's not about anything more than how much he really loves me and our daughter and the life we have together :)

Just Grace

Our baby girl is growing up so fast, hard to believe she is going to be 1 in two weeks. She is now clapping her hands, shaking her head, standing for a few seconds by herself, pushing herself on her toys, walking around everything, she will walk holding your hands. I took her to the doctor a few weeks ago because she had the flu and she weighs 19lbs now!

Toliet Paper

Grace is every where and into EVERYTHING! Usually, when I call her she will come to whereever I'm at, not this time, I find her in the bath room, with the toliet paper. She was happy!

Day at the Park in Mt. Shasta

First Easter

Grace's 1st Easter, we stayed in Red Bluff and my parents and his parents and sister came over for lunch. Grace didn't quite know what to think of everything.

She is so cute!

Grace is so very active now! Crawling really fast, into everything, pulling herself up on everything. She loves to play with her activity table now that it is higher up. Loves the to bang on pots and pans. I was watching her play and can't resist a picture.

New Friends

Mommy and I both have a new friend, it's been great :) We had our first play date last week, I have only ever had boys to play with (not that I'm complaining). Ayla and her mommy live in Cottonwood, so they aren't very far from us. Ayla is 2 months younger than me, but she keeps up with me, I show her the ropes and she has shown me a few things or two. We also started a Mommy and Me group in Redding on Tuesday's too, it was a lot of fun.

Baby Emily

My uncle Mark and Auntie Lisa, gave me a baby cousin to play with. Mommy say's she is to little now,but soon I will get to show her the ropes :) Emily Jolie was born March 24th in Mt. Shasta. My mommy and daddy are so excited to be an auntie and uncle.

10 months old!

Lots of new firsts for me! New food, I can drink out of daddy's cup. First play date with Trenton.. More to come
